Investigation clears NSW Labor candidate Khal Asfour of corruption, links to Eddie Obeid

A state Labor candidate accused of having links to the disgraced former minister Eddie Obeid has been cleared by an independent review. The accusations were levelled against the Mayor of Canterbury Bankstown Khal Asfour last year under parliamentary privelege.
