Supporters of former Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro who refuse to accept his election defeat stormed Congress, the Supreme Court and presidential palace in the capital on Sunday i.e. 8th January. The scenes in Brasilia resemble events at the US Capitol on 6th January two years ago - and there are deeper connections as well.
