Siding and encouraging women education and their empowerment, Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on January 7 at an event in Bihar’s Vaishali stressed on the importance of women education and its link with country’s population and said that if the women will be educated then the population will automatically decrease.

Calling out men over their lack of concerns regarding the population, the CM also blamed men for not contributing to population decrease. “If women will be educated, only then the population will decrease.

Men do not think about it much and keep on populating. But if a woman is educated, she understands everything,” the Bihar CM said. Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi Yadav was also present at the event.
