Amy Bento and the team return for another round of advanced stepping fun. This steady state step workout consists of four advanced step combinations. There is an extensive "Preview" chapter where the more complicated moves are broken down in a one-on-one instructional format. Blast more fat away with the short and sweaty "Power Up" chapter: a drill-style plyometric push of the body. Time will fly by as you groove to the music provided by DJ Rick . Before you know it, you will have conquered another "Challenge" workout!
A high-energy, fun-to-do step workout with an endless variety of interesting combinations. The fat-burning is non-stop. Amy Bento never breaks the intensity or rhythm by slowing down to "teach" a pattern. Instead, she just keeps layering in new combinations and options (fortunately, her excellent form, cue-ahead instruction, - and the 15-minute pre-workout tutorial - make it all doable). The transitions are super-smooth; your feet always seem to end up in the right place for the next combo. The moves are athletic and complex, but never "dancy." They include repeaters, glides, spins and jumps that often use the entire bench (e.g up, over, around and behind).
