Investigations are ongoing on the daredevil act of a Russian duo who had purportedly scaled to the top of Merdeka 118 in Kuala Lumpur, said Datuk Seri Saifuddin Nasution Ismail on Thursday (Jan 5) after attending a meeting with officials from the ministry, the Human Resources Ministry and their agencies on hiring of foreign workers in the country.
