Winters in India is at its full peak. Mercury is consistently dropping everyday in almost every part of the country…especially in the Delhi-NCR. This morning Delhi recorded 2.8 degree celsius...the lowest in the month of Januray in last two years. Infact, during the past few days, Delhi has been recording temperatures less than a few hill stations !
