The flat that late actor Sushant Singh Rajput had rented in Mumbai has been laying vacant for nearly three years now. However, the NRI owner has finally found a new tenant and soon the flat will be rented out, as per a new report. Rafique Merchant, a real-estate broker in Mumbai, has said that he was approached by the flat’s owner a few months ago.
