Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi says he will not look at political colours or affiliations when carrying out his responsibilities as the Rural and Regional Development Minister.

Speaking to the press at the first gathering of the ministry's staff in Putrajaya on Thursday (Dec 5), he also said his practice was to turn liabilities into assets.
