Chai tapris become new ‘adda’ as cold wave sweeps north India
  • last year
The national capital continued to reel under cold wave conditions on December 29. However, fog duration and intensity have significantly reduced in north India as predicted by the IMD. Seeking a temporary escape from the chilling cold, north Indians are seen hinging on to tea stalls for a hot cup of their go-to beverage. Maximum and minimum temperatures are predicted to hover between 23 degrees Celsius and 08 degrees Celsius, respectively.
