California AG joins legal brief defending universal background checks

On Wednesday, California Attorney General Rob Bonta joined a coalition of 19 state attorneys general to defend an ATF rule requiring anyone trying to purchase a 'ghost gun' kit first pass a background check. The attorneys general say the rule will help prevent privately manufactured and untraceable firearms from being trafficked across state lines.
