Delhi and parts of Northern India are reeling under extreme cold. Nearly 100 flights have been disrupted in the national capital alone, reported ANI. A thick layer of fog covered Delhi on December 28. Delhi airport has been busy tackling the year end holiday season and the fog issues have added to the problems. Temperatures are dipping in Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh as well.
