Brazil's incoming justice minister says security will be stepped up ahead of the inauguration of President-elect Lula de Silva - following a foiled bomb attack. A man was arrested for allegedly planting explosives in a lorry in the capital - Brasilia. Police say he was a supporter of outgoing president - Jair Bolsonaro. The BBC's Tim Allman has more.
