Mathura local court on December 24 passed an order in the Krishna Janmabhoomi-Shahi Idgah case to survey the disputed site. The survey report is to be presented in court on January 20. The court ordered a survey by ‘Amin’ on the claim of the Hindu Sena. The Hindu side's lawyer Shailesh Dubey said, “We filed a case on behalf of Lord Balakrishna. We demanded three things in this petition. 5,000-year-old place of Thakur ji where Shahi Idgah was built illegally. A petition was also filed in 1968. Court passed an order to survey the disputed site. ‘Amin’ has to present the survey in court on January 20.”
