New research by Blue Cross pet charity, reveals that despite the cost-of-living, pet owners still plan to give their furry friends an extra special festive time, with many planning on doing a specific Christmas gift shop for their beloved pet.

Despite the cost of living pinch, findings also illustrate how those who can’t afford to buy their pet presents will instead go to other lengths, with some planning special Christmas day dog walks as well as pet-pal playdates. Others even say they’ll give their pet their very own Christmas dinner. It comes as many say spending quality time with their pet is the best thing about the Christmas holiday.
