Yoon Hyun Woo, portrayed by actor Song Joong Ki, is a dedicated and reliable secretary for the Jin family, who runs the successful Soonyang Group. However, Yoon is betrayed by the family and falsely accused of embezzlement, leading to his untimely death.
But, in a twist of fate, Yoon is brought back to life when he wakes up inside the body of the youngest male member of the Jin family, Jin Do Joon.
Determined to seek revenge, Yoon devises a plan to overthrow Jin Yang Chul, the CEO of Soonyang Group and a greedy man driven by money. Using his new identity, Yoon plans to execute a hostile takeover of the group and punish those who wronged him. Along the way, Yoon encounters Seo Min Young, a determined public prosecutor and anti-corruption investigator known as the "Soonyang Group Grim Reaper."
