Regarding to the Chhapra Hooch Tragedy, Bihar Excise Minister Sunil Kumar on December 19 said that according to official figure, 38 deaths have taken so far in Bihar. “Our official figure, as per the conversation with the concerned officials of Excise, Police and District Administration is 38.
