Cedric Struggs back in court, no resolution yet
  • last year
Cedric Struggs was found convicted under the now defunct California "felony murder rule." The law was changed in 2019, and Struggs and his family are trying to get him resentenced under the provisions of the new law, which would mean he's served his time and would be released. The judge said they needed time to research the case and the law and would issue a written order, but did not provide a time frame for that action.
