In this footage, Bree Murray makes his seventh attempt to separate a hot isomalt from a mat on a kitchen counter to make a sculpture.
And during this trial, the counter cracked due to overheating.
"I was trying to create a sugar sculpture using isomalt," Bree told WooGlobe. "This was my 7th attempt with the sugar being above 200 degrees Celsius, which resulted in my bench top combusting."
