मार्गशीर्ष माह 8 दिसंबर 2022 को समाप्त हो रहा है। इस दिन मार्गशीर्ष पूर्णिमा पड़ रही है। इस दिन व्रत और पूजा-पाठ का विशेष महत्व है। ज्योतिष शास्त्र के अनुसार मार्गशीर्ष महीने में दान और भगवान कृष्ण की पूजा का बहुत महत्व है। इस माह को अगहन मास भी कहा जाता है। भगवान कृष्ण ने गीता में कहा कि माह में मैं सबसे पवित्र मार्गशीर्ष माह हूं। इस माह में पड़ने वाली अमावस्या को पितरों का तर्पण करने से उनकी आत्मा को शांति मिलती है और उनका आशीर्वाद भी प्राप्त होता है।
