Bantag seeks transfer of probe from DOJ to Ombudsman

The accused mastermind in the killing of radio broadcaster Percy Lapid, suspended BuCor chief Gerald Bantag, wants the investigation transferred from the Justice Department to the Office of the Ombudsman.
This was his request during the resumption of the preliminary probe on the case.
