The Prince and Princess of Wales were met with boos from the crowd at a basketball game in Boston, USA, on Wednesday. The pair attended a basketball game between the Boston Celtics and the Miami Heat, when they were shown on the jumbotron in the second quarter. Some in the crowd cheered for the royal couple, but the clear sound of booing and chants of 'USA! USA!' could also be heard. John Mikulec, who filmed the incident, said: "I would say it was mostly applause at first, then some boos, then a 'U-S-A' chant broke out in the crowd and they took them off-screen. "They really only showed them once, for like 20 seconds. Otherwise, it was a normal basketball game." The incident occurred amid the furore after Lady Susan Hussey resigned from her role after she repeatedly asked a black British charity boss where she was "really" from.
