In accordance with their prenuptial agreement, the former couple will
"divide all assets and liabilities.".
Kardashian will pay for their children's health insurance "until each child turns 26, without contribution from Respondent.".
Any uninsured "health care, medical and dental expenses" will be the responsibility of both parties.
They will also split costs for their children's schooling, including future college expenses. .
If Kardashian and West can't agree when it comes to "major decisions relating to the Minor Children's health, education and welfare,".
they will take part in mediation for "at least three hours with a mutually agreed upon retired judicial officer based in Southern California.".
