#KiniNews: ‘Embrace change’ Anwar tells civil servants, Harapan to support BN in Tioman

[KiniNews] Newly minted Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim has urged civil servants to embrace change in order for the country to return to its former glory.
Addressing members of the Prime Minister’s Office in a maiden speech this morning, Anwar expressed hope for a new beginning following the deterioration of the economy, stability, as well as discipline of the country.
Meanwhile, Amanah has decided to give way to the BN candidate in the Tioman state seat by-election in Pahang.
The party said this decision was made in the spirit of the new unity government, which saw an alliance between the Pakatan Harapan and BN coalitions.
