Spicy Pomegranate Ginger Paloma (Fall Drink)

Ingredients For Ginger Syrup
Water ½ cup
Honey 1/2 cup
Fresh ginger chopped 1 inch
Mint leaves 8

For The Paloma
Crushed ice as required
pomegranate juice 1/2 cup
grapefruit juice 1/3 cup
Lemon juice 1/2 a lime
Ginger syrup 2-4 tablespoons
Sparkling water for topping

Bring 1/2 cup water, the honey and ginger to a boil over high heat. Once boiling simmer, 1-2 minutes and then remove from the heat. Add the mint, cover and steep 10-15 minutes. Strain out the ginger and mint. Store in a glass jar in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
Fill your glass halfway with ice. Add the pomegranate juice, grapefruit juice, lime juice, ginger syrup. Stir to combine and then top with sparkling water or soda. Garnish with mint ginger. enjoy!



Ingredients For Chicken
Chicken fillet breast or thigh (Properly pounded) 2 halves
Egg 1
Eggs (for washing) 2
Dried basil 1 tsp
Parsley 1 tsp
Mixed herbs 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Pepper 1 ½ tsp
Garlic chopped 2 tsp
Flour 1 cup
Bread crumbs 1 cup

For Bread Crumbs
Parmesan cheese 3 tsp
Dried basil 1 tsp
Parsley 1 tsp
Crushed chillies 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Pepper 1 tsp
Mozzarella cheese ¼ cup

For Sauce
Onions chopped 2
Garlic chopped 2 tbsp
Tomatoes peeled 1 cup
Olive oil 5-6 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Pepper 3 tsp
Crushed green chillies 3-4
Mixed herbs 1 tbsp
Tomato paste ½ cup

For Fries
Potatoes 3
Corn flour 1 cup
Cold water as required

Take a chicken fillet pounded marinate it with eggs basil parsley mixed herbs salt and pepper and garlic keep it overnight for best results or for 1hour max before processing further.

Now prepare sauce:
Add olive oil in a pan add onion till translucent add garlic sauté well add peeled and chopped tomatoes then sauté well.
Then blend.
Now put it in a pan add salt pepper crushed chillies, parsley and mixed herbs cook it till water is soaked. Add tomatoes paste cook it more a little till done now sauce is ready.

Take out your marinated chicken
Dredge it into flour then egg wash then bread crumbs and then fry till golden brown.
Now place it in oven tray put sauce over the chicken and Mozzarella cheese bake it till its golden from top till then fry the potatoes now place the fried put the chicken on top and enjoy.
