The latest report by SGS Economics and Planning, has found affordability in Brisbane is the worst it's ever been, with regional areas in New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland and Tasmania also at unprecedented levels of un-affordability. Hobart is predicted to become the first capital city in the country where the cost of housing is out of reach for the average renter.
