Filipino and French artists together with Person Deprived of Liberty (PDL) painted mural at the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology Female Dormitory in Quezon City on Monday, November 28, 2022. French Ambassador Michèle Boccoz and Quezon City Mayor Joy Belmonte attended the launching of life-size paintings, which is in support of human rights, women, and children of the French Embassy and part of the 75th Anniversary of French-Philippine diplomatic relations. The artists who leads the creation of the colorful murals are Filipino artists Dex, Apok, and Distort Monsters, as well as French artists Nebay, Ceet, and Nasty. (MB Video by Noel B. Pabalate)
