WHO: Russia's attacks on infrastructure mean winter could be life-threatening for millions

The World Health Organization says Russia has carried out the biggest attack on health care on European soil since World War Two - and it's left millions of Ukrainians facing a life-threatening situation this winter.
The WHO's Europe regional director, Hans Kluge, said freezing temperatures combined with a health system badly damaged in Russian missile attacks mean this winter will be about 'survival'.
