हिमालय पर हो रही बर्फबारी और बारिश का असर धीरे-धीरे उत्तर और मध्य भारत में दिखने लगा है और ठंड बढ़ने लगी है। इसके साथ ही कई इलाकों में कोहरे का भी असर दिखने लगा है। यूपी-बिहार से लेकर दिल्ली-एनसीआर तक, अब हर तरफ ठंड का प्रकोप बढ़ता ही जा रहा है. उत्तर भारत से लेकर मध्य और पूर्व भारत तक लगभग हर तरफ अब ठंड ने दस्तक दे दी है और तापमान में लगातार गिरावट जारी है.
