Marri Shashithar Reddy has been unhappy with the situation in the Congress for some time now. In August this year, he made sensational comments against TPCC chief Revanth Reddy and party state affairs in-charge Manikam Tagore. Both of them are accused of giving false information to the high command about the developments in the state. He criticized Revanth Reddy's behavior in the case of Komati Reddy brothers. At one stage he himself revealed that he was upset with the developments taking place in the party. The reason for Marri Sasidhar Reddy's change of party was dissatisfaction with TPCC President Revanth Reddy. So he is joining BJP | మర్రి శశిథర్ రెడ్డి కాంగ్రెస్లో నెలకొన్న పరిస్థితులపై గత కొంతకాలంగా అసంతృప్తితో ఉన్నారు. ఈ ఏడాది ఆగస్టులో టీపీసీసీ చీఫ్ రేవంత్ రెడ్డి, పార్టీ రాష్ట్ర వ్యవహారాల ఇంఛార్జ్ మాణికం ఠాగూర్పై ఆయన సంచలన వ్యాఖ్యలు చేశారు. రాష్ట్రంలో జరుగుతున్న పరిణామాలపై వారిద్దరూ హైకమాండ్కు తప్పుడు సమాచారం ఇస్తున్నారని ఆరోపించారు. కోమటిరెడ్డి సోదురల విషయంలో రేవంత్ రెడ్డి వ్యవహారశైలిని ఆయన తప్పుబడ్డారు. ఒక దశలో పార్టీలో జరుగుతున్న పరిణామాలపై కలత చెందినట్లు ఆయన స్వయంగా వెల్లడించారు. మర్రి శశిధర్ రెడ్డి పార్టీ మారడానికి కారణం టీపీసీసీ అధ్యక్షుడు రేవంత్ రెడ్డి మీద అసంతృప్తే. దాంతో బీజేపీలో చేరిపోతున్నాడు.
