On Nov. 15, Ticketmaster's presale for Taylor Swift's Eras tour experienced numerous outages,
leaving many Swifties without tickets.
On Nov. 17, Ticketmaster canceled its
public sale of tickets for the tour.
TechCrunch reports that TN Attorney General Jonathan Skrmetti said he's received numerous complaints from fans. .
Skrmetti said he is investigating whether
the company violated antitrust regulations
and the rights of consumers.
