Reacting to Rahul Gandhi’s remarks on Veer Savarkar, BJP spokesperson Sambit Patra said that he insulted India and Maharashtra’s proud son Veer Savarkar and this is a very indecent statement and he should apologise. “Gandhi family thinks only their family member was a freedom fighter and only they went to jail. They have insulted gems of India like Sardar Patel and Subhas Chandra Bose,” he added.
