भारतीय वायुसेना (IAF) में सलेक्‍शन के बाद नौकरी पाने के लिए 32 महिला अधिकारियों (32 Former Lady Officers) ने अपनी नौकरी के 12 साल कानूनी लड़ने में ही काट दिए। जब कोर्ट से फैसला उनके पक्ष में आया और उन्‍हें नौकरी पर रखा गया तो उनके रिटायटमेंट का समय आ गया और उन्‍हें रिटायरमेंट होना पड़ा। वहीं अब इन 32 पूर्व महिला अधिकारियों को सुप्रीम कोर्ट (Supreme Court) में एक और ऐतिहास‍िक जीत मिली है।
