A shocking video of two black panthers roaming freely has gone viral on social media. The incident took place inside the campus of the Meteorological Research Centre in Ooty. In the video, the two panthers can be seen inside the campus. The video was shared by Kishore Chandan, founder and president of Dr Kalam Foundation.
