Misinterpretation of love & what is a prey animal’s natural instinct

To love is to remember someone, something beyond a few days or weeks. Instinctive protection only last for up to 6 to 12 months depending on species rate to mature. Said animals will reject or leave a dead offspring with no interest in memory of their young. It’s in their genetics to survive as a species and move on by not limiting themselves to the limitations that the emotions of love put on our human phyche.
