Sukhdi | Gol Papdi | Dhefli | Gud Papdi | Gur Papdi is today's recipe. I made it with years old traditional method without any extra ingredients and I think it is the best in this form. It requires basic three ingredients which suffice to make perfect soft sukhdi just to melt in your mouth. However, to make it softer a trick is used here, which is very effective to make very soft Sukhdi suitable for younger to elders to eat easily. It is an all time favourite winter vasanu or winter sweet of Gujarat. I hope you would like this traditional recipe of Sukhdi.

INGREDIENTS
1 cup (200 grams) pure ghee (शुध्ध घी)
A cup of fine flour of wheat (गेहूं का फाइन आटा)
¼ cup coarse flour of wheat (गेहूं का दरदरा आटा)
1 tbsp sonth-dry ginger powder (सोंठ)
¾ cup desi gud - jaggery (गुड)
1 tbsp normal milk (नार्मल दूध)
Pure ghee (शुध्ध घी)
