Two new murder complaints involving the deaths of Percy Lapid and 'middleman' Jun Villamor have been consolidated with the existing one against the initial suspects.

A three-member panel will handle the preliminary investigation. There is still no date for the preliminary investigation and respondents need to subpoenaed including suspended BuCor chief Gerald Bantag.

But even if complaints have been filed, authorities are still working to find answers about the killings with a new piece of evidence.
