Drake and 21 Savage are being sued by Condé Nast for using a fake Vogue cover to promote their new album 'Her Loss'. Condé Nast claim the promotional campaign was “built entirely on the use of the Vogue marks” and the premise that they were featured on the cover. Condé Nast stated that “all of this is false” and “none of it” was authorized by the company. Drake and 21 Savage have also been accused of distributing counterfeit issues of Vogue and putting up posters of the fake cover. Drake even posted a photoshopped collage of himself with a young Anna Wintour on Instagram thanking her and Vogue for their “support”.The complaint stated that Wintour “had no involvement in 'Her Loss' or its promotion” and didn’t endorse it. Condé Nast claims the campaign has caused “unmistakable” confusion among the public. The company is seeking at least $4 million in damages and asking for the images to be removed from the rapers’ social media and websites.
