Chocolate Cupcakes

Flour 175 grams
Cocoa Powder 50 grams
Warm Water 200 grams
Sugar 200 grams
Baking Soda 1/2 tsp
Baking Powder 1 tsp
Salt a pinch
Eggs 75 grams
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Yogurt 62 grams
Oil 80 mL
1. In a bowl mix all the dry ingredients
2. Now add in all the wet ingredients and mix until no lumps
3. Pour into cupcake liners, until 1/3 full
4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 12-14 mins bake and then serve .


Chocolate Truffles

Plain Biscuit 20-24
Chocolate Spread 2-3 tbsp
Milk as required
Ingredients for Royal Icing:
Egg White 1
Vanilla essence ½ tsp
Lemon Juice ½ tsp
Powdered Sugar 180 grams
1. Make biscuit powder in a food processor and add chocolate spread give it a quick mix by hand
2. Add milk if needed, now shape them into small balls and put in the freezer to chill
For Royal Icing
1. Add ever thing in a bowl and combine
2. Use as desired
