Kylian Mbappe managed to bring PSG ahead of Juventus when the game had only been running for 13 minutes. Receiving a ball from Lionel Messi, Mbappe passed Federico Gatti's challenge. Even though Gatti tried to pull Mbappe's shirt off, Mbappe kept going.
Manuel Locatelli tried to release a tackle but Mbappe also managed to dodge. Mbappe then fired an accurate shot into the left corner of the goal which Juventus goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny couldn't stop.
