Yesterday i.e on 1st November, Israel again went to polls. It was for the fifth time in less than 4 years that the Israelis went to cast their ballots to elect a new Parliament. And according to the latest updates going by the exit polls, former Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is leading the race for the time being. But why does Israel go to election so often?
