David DePape, the man charged in the brutal attack on House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's husband appeared in a San Francisco courtroom Tuesday where he pleaded not guilty. DePape is scheduled to appear in court again on Friday for a preliminary hearing and bail status review. Paul Pelosi is still in intensive care.
