Hong Kong: Trial of Cardinal Zen & pro-democracy activists resumes

The former head of the Catholic Church in Hong Kong
has appeared in court- along with five other prominent
pro-democracy activists.
Cardinal Joseph Zen, 90, had long been in Beijing's
crosshairs for his strong criticism of the government, as
well as for alleged "collusion with foreign forces."
They are charged with failing to register a fund that was
used to pay the legal fees of demonstrators in protests
in 2019.
