The smile is because he is on his way to seeing himself in his desired appearance for Halloween.
When he reaches the long mirror and sees himself as the Joker, he gets surprised.
And in reaction, he madly screams with joy because he sees himself as the character he always wanted to be.
"My son is obsessed with fancy dress costumes and Halloween," Brooke Herbert told WooGlobe. "We had an early Halloween party for his grandad's birthday, and he wanted to dress up as the Joker.
"We got him dressed in the bathroom with no mirror and did a surprise reveal at the end."
