Jess Skinner is a pioneering rugby league coach and a proud Barkindji woman. She's currently the head coach of the NRL Indigenous Women's Academy and First Nations Gems, she is a mother of two, served as an assistant for the Knights NRLW team and is the Deputy Principal of the local school in Trangie, a small town of around one thousand people in north- western New South Wales.
