Govardhan Puja, also known as Annakut or Annakoot, is a Hindu festival in which devotees worship Govardhan Hill and prepare and offer a large variety of vegetarian food to Krishna as a mark of gratitude.
दीपावली के अगले दिन गोवर्धन पूजा की जाती है। लोग इसे अन्नकूट के नाम से भी जानते हैं। इस त्यौहार का भारतीय लोकजीवन में बहुत महत्व है। इस पर्व में प्रकृति के साथ मानव का सीधा सम्बन्ध दिखाई देता है। इस पर्व की अपनी मान्यता और लोककथा है। गोवर्धन पूजा में गोधन अर्थात गायों की पूजा की जाती है।
