A school team from Taipei has beaten a team from Mexico 5-1 to advance to the semifinals of this year’s Little League World Series being held in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania. Representing the Asia-Pacific region, Fulin Elementary School will vie for the international bracket championship on Saturday. If they win, they’ll play the U.S. bracket champs for the overall World Series title.
