Police are cracking down on human trafficking rings that have held hundreds of Taiwanese captive in Cambodia after luring them there with fake job offers. Authorities in both countries have arrested suspected traffickers. But anti-scam campaigners say raids in Cambodia are driving the traffickers to set up bases in other parts of Southeast Asia.
