Millions of litres of milk could be wasted as Victorian farms become isolated by floodwaters and remain without power. John Haitsma is a dairy farmer in Rochester in central Victoria which has been hit hard. He's had to dump tens of thousands of litres of milk and says it could be months before things get better.
