Queensland's police commissioner has vowed to clean up the organisation, after a commission of inquiry exposed shocking accounts of sexism, racism, and harassment, in its ranks. Katarina Carroll has promised to review disciplinary action, taken against certain officers, following revelations badly behaved cops kept their jobs, and were in some cases, promoted.
