I just traveled down from Pha Đin mountain pass and continued my journey to explore Điện Biên Province, Northwestern Vietnam. I came through this beautiful rocky plateau and decided to cook something to eat there. I made myself a kitchen in the middle of the wild between the rock, and make some Grilled Beef wrapped in lemongrass. That dish was perfect with the scenery around me. I was very fortunate to find that piece of beef because the locals only butcher the cows twice a week. Eating it with the incredibly fresh vegetable was even better. That day was a freezing day, but the fire and the food warmed me up.
